Nancy and Ricky were very professional and personable. Nancy set up the appointment to clean my studio carpets, and then called to see if it was alright for Ricky to come earlier (they didn't want to inconvenience me). Ricky did a walk-through, then did a great job cleaning my carpet. Reasonable prices, quality work. Will definitely use them again.
